Accessibility statement of a rural carpentry

Introduction

We at Cafri Wood are committed to and work towards promoting accessibility to allow people with disabilities and special needs to use and enjoy the variety of services we offer to all our customers at service and sales points, on the website and at the call centers.

About a quarter of the population in Israel encounters difficulties accessing the Internet: the visually impaired, the hearing impaired, people with motor disabilities, the elderly, and more.

In order to be able to provide an optimal, professional and accessible service to everyone, we have made the necessary adjustments to our website, and implemented the accessibility rules as much as possible in accordance with the principles of the accessibility standard in Israel, regulations on equal rights for people with disabilities (accessibility adjustments to the service), 2013-2013 (mark C ‘: Internet Services),

The site is adapted to the requirements of accessibility standard 5568 level AA according to WCAG 2.1 guidelines,

Accessibility on the site is optimized for the leading browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Explorer 9 and above.

Information about website accessibility

We have invested a significant amount of resources to ensure that its site is easier to use and more accessible to people with disabilities, with a strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence.

We provide you with an advanced accessibility component of the UserWay website accessibility company, operated by a dedicated accessibility server. The software allows the site to improve its compliance with the Internet Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).

UserWay’s accessibility menu can be activated by clicking on the accessibility menu icon that appears in the corner of the page. The accessibility menu and the technology used on the site allow many options such as:

  • Adjusting the website and website tags for assistive devices and technologies for people with disabilities
  • Enable navigation using the keyboard keys between the links on the site
  • The button to disable the flickering and/or moving elements on the screen
  • Contrast change button, light contrast, dark contrast and color inversion
  • A link highlighting button that clearly highlights all the links that appear on the site
  • Changing the font size on the website to increase and decrease the fonts on the website
  • A text spacing button that allows spacing of 3 sizes of text on the site

We continue our efforts to improve the site’s accessibility as part of our commitment to allow its use for the entire population, including people with disabilities and special needs.
